              Start each day with a morning meditation to awaken your soul. 

             You will work with practitioners in groups to help you heal,                                                                             release, and realign back to you 

      This journey is all about you, your experience , your shifts, your metamorphosi. 

                                               Each group session is 1.5 hours.

            The most liberating thing you can do in this moment is show up for you.
