 Sheri did amazing work on me last weekend. I was going through a very stressful event where I lost 30 pounds couldn’t sleep couldn’t eat where Sheri brought some of my traumas insecurities and issues that I needed to work through and how I was my own, worst enemy with my thoughts. I worked through thoughts of my ex and how what you think is what your reality will be and how to turn around your thoughts and how that affects your reality. She also brought to my attention how I was handling being a super mom and how I affected how people showed up with her working through those issues and repeating affirmations I felt better immediately. It was acknowledging what I was doing and the next day I felt light relieved and the anxiety was gone. She even checked on me the next day to make sure everything was OK . The time she spent with me making sure details were covered and how I needed to look at how I saw myself was amazing. Sheri is amazing and what she does is very valuable. I recommend working with her taking her classes because it’s life-changing she is a kind friend person and very talented in what she does.
